About

A narrow argument, made honestly

We are not the largest outsourcing market, the cheapest, or the most established. What Lebanon has is your working day, and for the right kind of work that is worth more than the rest of it.

01

The problem we kept seeing

European teams that had tried outsourcing once and would not try again. Not because the engineers were bad, usually they were fine, but because the model was wrong for the work. Iterative product work had been handed to a partner eight time zones away, every question cost a day, and the relationship died of latency rather than of skill.

02

The argument for Lebanon

Beirut sits in EET/EEST and shifts its clocks with the EU, so a Lebanese professional shares about seven hours of a European working day, every day, year-round. Engineers are educated in English and very often French. It is a four-hour flight. That is the whole case, and it is a narrow one. We are not the biggest talent market, the cheapest, or the most established, and we do not claim to be.

03

What we turn down

Work that should be an in-house hire, because it is the core of somebody's product and needs someone accumulating context for years. Hardware design, which we do not do. Engagements where the buyer wants a fixed price on a scope nobody can yet describe. Saying so early costs us revenue and saves both sides a bad year.

04

How we are set up

Two ways to work with us, deliberately kept distinct. Hire, where you manage the person and we handle sourcing, vetting, and the contract. Services, where we own the delivery and you approve the outcome. The confusion between those two is where most outsourcing relationships go wrong, so we make you pick.
