One screening, not one per company
Applying company by company means starting from zero every time: the same CV, the same conversation about what you have built, the same explanation of how you work remotely. Here you do that once. After it, you are put forward whenever a brief matches what you actually do, and you never repeat the screening.

The company pays. You never do
LebSource is paid by the business doing the hiring, which is the only arrangement that keeps our interests and yours pointing the same way: we are paid when a placement works, so putting you somewhere that does not fit costs us as much as it costs you. There is no fee to you at any stage, and no fee taken out of what you are paid.

Companies browsing the network see the shape of your experience, not your name or your contact details. Nothing is shared until you say yes to a specific introduction.
