How the network works
You are screened once, for hands-on skill and for how you communicate in English, since both decide whether a remote role works. After that you sit in the network, and we put you forward when a company comes to us looking for what you do. There is no fee to you, ever, and no exclusivity: you stay free to take anything else that comes along.
Joining
Send us what you work on and where you want to take it. If the fit is not there yet we will tell you what is missing rather than leaving you on a list. A silent network is useless to everyone in it.

These are roles at the companies hiring through LebSource, European and Gulf-facing teams building remote, not LebSource's own internal jobs. They come and go quickly, and most are filled from the network before they are ever posted, so the careers page is the visible part of a larger flow, not the whole of it.
