Services
We can also just build it
Hiring through LebSource gives you people you manage. A service engagement gives you an outcome we own, scoped, staffed, and delivered by our team, in your working day.
01
A headcount, or an outcome
Hiring through LebSource gives you people you manage: you scope the work, you run the review, and the risk stays with you. A service engagement moves all three across. We scope it, staff it, and own whether it lands, and you approve the result rather than managing the people producing it. Which one you want is usually clear the moment it is put that way.
What we deliver
Six ways we take the work
Each one is a delivery engagement: we scope it, staff it, and own the outcome. Every service page compares us against the realistic alternatives rather than asking you to take it on faith.

02
We tell you when you do not need us
A scoping engagement can end with us saying the thing should not be built, or that something off the shelf already does it, or that the problem is not the one you thought. You get that in writing and owe nothing further. It costs us work, and it is the only version of this business that is worth running: an agency that has never once talked a client out of a project is not one you can trust on the projects it takes.
How it works
What happens after you get in touch
Step 01
A conversation, not a pitch
You describe the problem. We say plainly whether it is something we should build, something you should buy off the shelf, or something you do not need yet. That last answer is free and we give it more often than you would expect.
Step 02
A paid scope
A week or two, ending in a written scope: what is being built, what is explicitly not, the assumptions it rests on, an architecture, and a real estimate. It is yours whether or not we build it, and if the answer is that you should not, you get that in writing and owe nothing further.
Step 03
Stages you can stop after
The work is cut into stages sized so each one can be checked against reality before the next begins. Every completed stage is live, verified, and yours, so stopping costs you the next stage rather than the last one.
Step 04
Handover as a deliverable
Code, infrastructure, and documentation are yours throughout, not at the end as a favour. Taking it in-house afterwards is planned for from the first commit rather than renegotiated.
How we work
What we put in writing
These hold on every engagement, whichever service it falls under. They are deliberately specific. An adjective costs nothing to claim, and these would be obvious if we broke them.
We tell you when you don't need us
If a cheaper tool, a simpler approach, or no project at all is the right answer, you hear it at the scoping stage, before you have paid for a build. We would rather lose the engagement than deliver the wrong thing well.
Stop after any stage, keep everything
Work is sequenced so each stage stands on its own and is verifiable before the next begins. There is no point in the engagement where stopping leaves you with nothing usable.
You own it from day one
The code, the infrastructure, and the documentation are yours throughout, not handed over at the end, and not held as leverage. Taking the work in-house later is a planned handover, not a negotiation.
Your working day, not a handoff
Beirut runs on EET/EEST and shifts with the same daylight-saving changes as Europe. Questions get answered inside your day, so a blocker costs you an hour rather than a night.
Nothing we build fails silently
Everything ships with error handling, alerting, and a named owner. Software that breaks quietly is worse than the manual process it replaced, and we treat it that way.
Senior people, at up to 43% less
The saving comes from where the team sits, not from staffing your project with juniors and calling them consultants. The people scoping the work are the people doing it.
