The short version

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and contains no advertising or tracking scripts. The only personal data it collects is what you type into the contact form and choose to send us. If you never contact us, we hold nothing about you from this site.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is LebSource SARL, of Zouk Mosbeh, Keserwan, Lebanon. For any question about this policy, or to exercise any of the rights below, write to contact@lebsource.com.

What we collect

Only what you submit through the contact form: your name, email address, and message, plus a telephone number and company name if you choose to provide them. Those fields are what the form sends and nothing else is captured alongside them.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, which may include IP addresses, as an ordinary part of serving and securing a website. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you and we do not combine them with form submissions.

What we do not collect

• No cookies are set by this website
• No analytics or measurement scripts of any kind
• No advertising, retargeting, or social media pixels
• Nothing stored in your browser's local or session storage
• No fonts loaded from third-party servers. Our typeface is served from our own domain, so your browser makes no request to Google or any font provider

Why we process it, and on what basis

We use what you send to reply to you and to discuss working together. Under the GDPR the lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and, where a conversation leads towards an engagement, the steps taken at your request before entering a contract.

Who else sees it

Contact form submissions are transmitted to the tooling we use to reply to you. Our current processors are Vercel, which hosts this website and serves it from European regions; Supabase, which stores applications submitted to our hiring portal; Resend, which delivers the emails we send in reply and the acknowledgement you receive; and Google, which runs the calendar used to book a call when you choose that route. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for 24 months, after which it is deleted. Where an enquiry becomes a contract, the relevant records are kept for as long as required by applicable accounting and tax law.

International transfers

Personal data collected through this website is hosted and stored in European regions, and is not exported to Lebanon for storage. Our team works from Lebanon, which is outside the European Economic Area and is not the subject of a European Commission adequacy decision, so their access to that data is itself a transfer under the GDPR. That access is governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with a transfer impact assessment and the supplementary measures it identifies.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. You can exercise any of these by emailing us, and we will respond within one month.

You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, normally the one where you live or work. LebSource SARL is established in Lebanon and has not appointed a representative in the European Union under Article 27 of the GDPR, so there is no lead supervisory authority for us and no EU representative to contact. Write to us directly at the address above, or raise it with the authority in your own country.

Changes to this policy

If we add anything to this website that changes what is collected, analytics, a chat widget, an embedded scheduler, this page is updated at the same time, and the date at the top changes with it.
