Bring us in, and keep your client
For agencies with overflow, consultants whose clients need a team, and anyone who can make a good introduction. The terms are written down before the first one.
Who this is for
Three kinds of partner
Referral partners
You know a company that needs a team and we do the rest. You make the introduction, we take it from there, and you are kept informed rather than cut out. Terms are agreed in writing before the first introduction, not after it converts.
Agencies with overflow
You have won work you do not currently have the capacity to deliver. We supply the engineering under your brand, on your process, and we do not approach your client directly. That is written into the arrangement rather than left to good manners.
Consultants and fractional CTOs
You are advising a company that needs to build a team and would rather recommend someone than manage the hiring yourself. We will take a scoping call with your client with you in the room, and we will tell them if they should hire in-house instead.
We agree terms first
Commission, scope, and exclusivity are settled in writing before any introduction is made. There is no published rate card here because there is no fixed rate to publish. Arrangements differ, and we would rather say that than invent a number we would have to walk back.
We do not go around you
For agency arrangements, we do not solicit your client for work outside what you brought us. That is a written term, because a promise that only exists in an email is worth what it costs to make.
We will tell you when we are wrong for it
If your client's work should be an in-house hire, or needs a far-shore partner at a scale we cannot staff, you hear it before the introduction rather than after. Your relationship with them is worth more to us than one engagement.
